Thank you for trying our top of the range products. We aimed to impress you and feel regretful that one or more of our products was not satisfactory to you.
We accept returned items for a full refund of the product prices and we process refunds to the same method of payment as long as:
- The return is within 30 days of the transaction date.
- The products are unused, in their original packaging and in new condition.
- Proof of purchase is provided.

- If you don’t have return form, you can download and print one here or you can write clearly the order details as they are listed in the return form.
- To ensure that your items are returned please use tracking option for your chosen return courier.
- We will email you once we receive your returned item(s) and again once we processed your refund.
- It can take us up to 6 days to process your return, depending on the sales and return volumes we are processing.

- Finally, we regret that we are unable to exchange products as we are working on upgrading our systems, therefore we ask you to return unwanted items and make a fresh order for desired products.
